Fleet Specialist (Overnight Operations)

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Fleet Specialist to join our overnight operations team. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our rideshare fleet clean, safe, and ready to roll every morning. This position bridges the gap between our PM and AM operations, ensuring every vehicle is properly received, maintained, and launched without downtime. This is a physical, fast-paced role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles running smoothly and enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do: End-of-Shift Support (PM Close): Receive returning vehicles at the end of the day and collect keys, tablets, and other driver equipment. Note any reported issues, and inspect for damage or warning lights. Perform light interior cleaning (vacuuming, wipe-downs) and restock basic supplies. Preventative Maintenance & Vehicle Upkeep: Conduct basic maintenance including oil and filter changes, tire pressure checks, and fluid top-offs (coolant, wiper fluid, etc.).
