Job Description: Job Title Senior Corporate Secretary Location London: Corporate Title Vice President: Legal is hiring a Senior Corporate Secretary for its UKI Corporate Secretariat (UKI Cosec) team in London. You will be responsible for supporting the Boards and Committees of DWS FCA regulated legal entities in the UK, driving best practice and enhancing the efficiency of board management processes using technology. You will provide expert, collaborative and seamless board meeting organisation and guide the Boards on governance best practice and policies. The Legal department sits within the Chief Executive Office of Deutsche Bank and provides advice to the Management Board, business divisions, and infrastructure teams. UKI Cosec provides governance support to DB and DWS legal entities and their boards in the UK and Ireland.
