Operations include scheduling, payroll and purchasing. Essential Functions: All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of existing services as well as new services within Children's Hospital. Provide quality child life/music therapy services to children and families in assigned work areas. Responsible for supporting Child Life activities including programs such as: art, music, and pet therapy, volunteer programs, community groups, donations, consults and bereavement. Leads team in day to day operations to include scheduling, payroll and purchasing. Provides information and educational resources regarding Child Life/Music Therapy to students, staff and community.
