Job Title - Revenues Operation Manager (Business Rates): Permanent Grade 6 - £54,495- £64,811 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week Can you lead, innovate and deliver?: We’re looking for a new Revenues Operations Manager to lead our high profile Business Rates service within the country’s largest local authority. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, complexity and challenge, driving performance, improving customer outcomes, and modernising how a critical public service is delivered. You’ll lead, motivate and continue to develop a large operational team, turn policy and legislation into robust, efficient processes, and use insight, data and technology to continuously improve the billing, collection and recovery of approximately £510m of Business Rates income.
