Job description

Location: Lisbon, Portugal The candidate will join the Solutions Engineering & Presales Department, as junior solution architect in Portugal. They will focus on a consultative selling becoming eventually the technical reference for key accounts and in charge of designing solutions to solve problems when the standard portoflio does not fit. These tasks will be done under the supervision and guidance of a senior solution architect. This position reports to the Head of Solutions Architects. Skills: - The role involves understanding the client's needs and requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping deliver customized solutions to meet their business objectives. - They design and develop solutions (i.e., consultative selling) in close alignment with presales consultants that: meet customer requirements, are feasible, are cost-effective, and are aligned with the company's products and services. - They act as proposal managers (more info later) for selected clients and solutions.
