Job Description Summary This role provides critical coordination and execution support across the Talent Acquisition (TA) integration and portfolio landscape, enabling the successful delivery of M&A integrations and global TA initiatives. As part of the TA Portfolio & Initiatives team, this role ensures operational rigor, strong coordination, and seamless execution across multiple concurrent workstreams. The Specialist plays a key role in maintaining momentum—supporting project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and execution of core processes—while helping to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a strong candidate and stakeholder experience during periods of change.
