Job description

Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. Responsibilities: · Receiving and Processing Shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices. Report any discrepancies or damages. · Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory in designated locations. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies. · Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to order specifications, customer requirements and company standards. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment. · Shipping: Prepare and process shipping documents, labels, and other required paperwork. Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries. Assist in loading and unloading trucks while minimizing damage. · Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
