Then join our HR team as a full-time HR Manager Recruiting (m/f/x) on a temporary parental leave replacement basis . You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for one or more business areas—for example, in the SAP or Microsoft environment—from requirements gathering and interviews to contract offers. You will work closely with your HR colleagues and the specialist departments, develop efficient and transparent selection processes, and ensure a compelling candidate experience . In addition, you will identify suitable talent as needed (e.g., via LinkedIn) and take on the initial and direct approach of passive candidates.
