The position will play a vital role in the overall patient’s journey and experience in the hospital. The postholder will contribute to the smooth running of procedure/operating theatre lists, assisting in administration processes, and assisting with patients/relatives’ enquiries in a courteous manner and respecting patients’ dignity and confidentiality. This is a part-time role working 3 days a week from Monday to Friday covering 22.5 hours per week with several shift patterns.
