As our Chief of Staff , you will make the CEO and the wider management team operate as effectively as possible. You will help run the leadership team’s operating cadence, translate the CEO’s intent into execution across the company, and prepare the work that supports the Board. This is a fixer role: practical, hands-on, often demanding long days. The work ranges from sharpening the LT cadence and a quarterly Board pack to picking up a defined CEO project (e.g. standing up a QuantWare presence in a new market) and seeing it through.
