NexCore Group is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Property Accountant within our Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate has a passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this position, you will be expected to wear multiple hats, to take on projects as they arise, and to collaborate with multiple disciplines. Your ability to "go with the flow" will be critical to your success. You will assist the Property Accounting department with processing, reviewing, analyzing and recording property activities into financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. We're looking for someone who will be team oriented and willing to work closely with the Asset/Property Managers assigned to their portfolio. Other responsibilities will include collaboration with the accounting team to maintain financial reporting and meet outside deadlines.
