As the Commander s Information Center ( CIC ) Team Lead, you will be responsible for the overall management and oversight of the audiovisual ( AV ) and video teleconferencing ( VTC ) team for the client. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing all video support requirements for Warfighter Exercises ( WFXs ) and other high-level command training events. You will ensure all AV and VTC systems, including webcasting and streaming capabilities, are fully operational and troubleshoot complex issues to minimize training disruption. Join us.
