Join us this summer to gain hands-on experience in the engine room of a global travel technology company. At arrivia , our IT Operations internship is designed to give you real-world exposure to enterprise systems, moving beyond classroom theory into active technical support and engineering projects. You will work directly under the Director of Systems Engineering and alongside our Technical Project Managers and Microsoft 365 Engineers. This is an immersive role where you will see how a global infrastructure is maintained, secured, and scaled. The Intern Experience: - Executive & Director Mentorship: Learn directly from our Director of Systems Engineering and EVP of Technology Operations through regular sit-downs and project reviews. - Collaborative Technical Environment: Work side-by-side with Level 1 and Level 2 M365 Engineers and Help Desk professionals to solve live technical challenges. - Professional Outings: Build a network with your fellow interns through organized team-building events and social outings in Scottsdale.
