About the role: As a customer service agent we will be the front face of Tow Truck Allocations. When a member of the public has been involved in a motor accident, resulting in that vehicle becoming immobile, those involved at the scene (the vehicle owner, a member of the public or Victoria Police for example) may call our Accident Allocation contact center, to request a tow truck to be sent out to remove that vehicle, which we will arrange.
