The Talent Coordinator partners closely with the regional employment team, recruiters, and candidates to deliver a seamless and positive recruiting and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently throughout the hiring process. This role requires a creative, high-energy, hands-on professional who can multitask effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Coordinator provides friendly, exceptional service to internal and external customers and supports special projects and related duties as assigned Greet and welcome all guests and candidates to the Employment Center with a consistently professional, upbeat, and positive demeanor. Provide accurate information and guidance to applicants throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Recruiters, Talent Specialists, and Coordinators, and leadership to support a seamless candidate experience.
