Histotechnician / Medical Assistant Overview & Highlights: Location: Chandler, Casa Grande, Sun City, Gold Canyon (rotating schedule; estimated 1 day per location per week) Schedule: Full-time: Compensation: $28–$30/hour + $200/month travel allowance Benefits: Full benefits package: Location & Logistics: Work Environment: Dermatology clinics with in-house lab/histology support Coverage Model or Hours: Rotating between 4 clinic locations weekly Travel: Required (local travel between clinic sites; stipend provided) About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is a unique hybrid role that blends hands-on patient care with technical histology work in a fast-paced dermatology setting. You’ll split your time between assisting providers during procedures and preparing tissue samples critical to accurate diagnosis—particularly within a Mohs surgery environment. On the clinical side, you’ll work closely with dermatology providers, preparing patients, assisting with procedures like biopsies and excisions, and supporting post-procedure care.
