POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, People & Culture translates the organization’s strategic and tactical business plans into people processes and policies in order to ensure successful operating plans. The Director of People and Culture is a strategic leader who plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Promotes, designs, implements, and facilitates processes that develop and support human resources services, processes and practices that enhance the culture and overall work environment to enable AtlantiCare Health System to be a “Best Place to Work.” - Proactively support the mission, vision and core values of AtlantiCare by consistently demonstrating and holding others accountable for demonstrating behaviors and actions that support the brand and philosophy of AtlantiCare. - Provides oversight and direction to ensure that the designated function provides high-level customer services and consistency between business practices and values. - Continuously communicate the importance of team member and patient experience, quality of care, diversity and inclusion, and sound financial performan...
