Maintenance HVAC Technician 2 Department: General Services (GEN): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Longview: Description: The Maintenance HVAC Technician 2 will perform skilled maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair split system air conditioners, package units and related equipment. Coordinate with site personnel on shutdowns for repairs and/or replacements and assist with selection and design criteria for new systems being installed on projects and existing facilities. Will respond in a timely manner to the temperature issues and needs of the occupants in the buildings and assist with HVAC/mechanical maintenance and repairs as needed under the primary direction of the Facility Maintenance Manager. Additionally, this position will assist with other facility and grounds maintenance, as necessary.
