Responsible for the Service, Repair, and Maintenance of all Pulama Lanai's Mechanical, HVAC & Refrigeration Equipment as it pertains to its Commercial Facilities, Residential Properties, and the greater Pulama Lanai Company and its Affiliate Companies. Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00/hour (non-exempt) Reporting Relationship: Reports To: Director of Faciltiies Maintenance Supervises: In future, will supervise In-House HVAC Technicians, and Refrigeration Technicians. Collaborates: With current and future In-House HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians, as well as Outside Contractors and Vendors.
