About the Role: We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving General Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success and help establish a new legacy with our new retail concept established in 2012—That Burger Joint. You’ll be the right-hand hero to the District Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squad Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!)
