About the role: As a Claims Agent Specialist , you play a key role in ensuring a fair, smooth, and customer-focused claims process on our platform. You support buyers and sellers in resolving issues related to products—primarily bicycles—by providing timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance. Your expertise in cycling and/or endurance sports helps you better understand customer concerns, assess situations accurately, and find balanced solutions for all parties involved. Working closely with the Claims and Customer support teams, you contribute to continuously improving our processes and delivering a seamless user experience.
