Your experience will help shape how this company grows. The Job: TruBlue of Newton–Wellesley is hiring a senior technician / field supervisor to help lead the field side of the business. Your job is simple to describe but hard to do well: accurately assess and estimate complex home repair and remodel projects, lead technicians in the field, and ensure multi‑day jobs run smoothly and professionally. This role will become the most senior field authority in the company. You will still work with tools, but you’ll also bring the leadership and judgment that keeps jobs running right. This role exists so the owner can focus on growing the business while you take ownership of how projects are executed day to day.
