Overview Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital We are seeking a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead and oversee all nursing services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This leadership role is responsible for directing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs and regulatory standards. The CNO will develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with PAM Health system standards and accreditation requirements. This role also evaluates and recommends appropriate staff-to-patient ratios and maintains systems to ensure adequate staffing for the delivery of safe, effective nursing care.
