GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: to complete all mechanical, plumbing, electrical or any other tasks that is assigned from the Facilities Department ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform any reasonable task requested by the engineering department - Assist all departments in repairs of facilities to maintain day to day operation - Be able to maintain a preventive maintenance program on equipment in the facility - Be able to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and correct them - Access part and availability and schedule repair jobs accordingly - Work with and assist contractors who work in the facility - Oversee the security of the facility - Schedule work projects and assist Utility pers...
