Salesforce Delivery Manager Location: United States - we are fully remote! Summary Thunder’s Account Delivery Manager (DM) serves as the delivery-side owner of customer outcomes, operating as the “CEO of the project”, and is accountable for ensuring that delivery strengthens account health, protects executive trust, and produces measurable business value. While Project Managers focus on day-to-day execution, the DM operates at a higher altitude — connecting delivery decisions to account impact and long-term value realization. Our ideal DM candidate brings deep Salesforce experience, enjoys the variety of work that comes with this function, and brings a seasoned eye for account health, accuracy in scope, and a lens for expanding relationships with existing customers.
