POSITION SUMMARY: The 2nd shift scheduled hours are 5pm - 3:30 am (Monday-Thursday), with occasional work on Fridays. This shift includes a $2 hour shift differential The General Assembler will assemble and attach parts to the boat trailers. Trailer parts include but are not limited to, box and fenders, winch stands, carpeted bunks and wire harnesses. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Assembles and attaches assigned parts to the trailer frame with nuts and bolt. - Operates air impacts and wrenches. - Performs job duties within takt time. - Reads prints. - Sweeps and maintains an organized workstation. - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: - Ability to read and understand prints - Ability to work with a team - Capable to stand and walk the entire shift - Able to perform physical/manual labor TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: - N/A PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Lifting up to 50 lbs. - Straight pulling - Pushing - Repeated bending - Reaching over shoulders - Use of fingers - Both hands required - Walking - Standing - Kneeling - Repeated stretching - Specific visual requirements - Ability to distinguish basic colors - Abili...
