📍 Hamilton, Brisbane | 🕢 Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm | Full-Time In Office Mader is continuing to grow, and due to business growth and an internal restructure for the new financial year, we’re looking to add an additional Recruitment Specialist to our NSW Operations team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Hamilton, Brisbane. Our recruitment team works closely together day-to-day, and the collaboration, support and momentum that comes from being in the office is a big part of what makes the team successful. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across our NSW mining operations, managing high-volume trade recruitment while building strong relationships with candidates, leaders and internal stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Someone who can build rapport easily, back themselves and genuinely enjoys recruitment.
