Amentum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Capture Manager to pursue and win strategic federal contract opportunities across diverse government agencies. The successful candidate will lead capture efforts from opportunity qualification through proposal submission, developing and executing tailored strategies to secure competitive advantages and maximize probability of winning. The Senior Capture Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development (BD), Operations, Proposal, and Pricing teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with Amentum’s growth objectives. The Senior Capture Manager will: Develop comprehensive, customized capture plans, win strategies, and value propositions for individual opportunities. Conduct in-depth competitive analysis, customer assessments, market research, and pricing strategy development to position Amentum for success. Engage with customers to shape procurements by understanding requirements, priorities, and pain points.
