Job Description: Inland Empire Paper Company seeks an experienced Engineer to join our Mill Production Leadership team. - Project Management: Define, design and manage engineering projects for equipment and infrastructure including developing and reporting on budget elements and time management; oversee contractors/workers for efficient project performance; accountable for budget. - Process Optimization: Develop/upgrade processes to maximize capacity utilization, minimize cost and increase performance while maintaining environmental protection; includes conducting process development experiments, research and assessment of potential technology, supervising implementation. - Facilitator: Works closely with the mill leadership group including Maintenance Manager, department superintendents and supervisors as well as operators to provide daily manufacturing technical support, trouble sh...
