We are looking for a detail-oriented Painter to join our production finish team. What you’ll be doing: In this role, you aren't just spraying parts—you are the final touch that ensures our products are durable, beautiful, and ready for the world. Your day-to-day will include: - Mastering Safety: Be proficient in the safe operation of painting equipment. - Mastering the Finish: Applying high-quality powder and/or wet spray coatings with precision. - Keeping Things Moving: Managing the paint line, loading/unloading parts, and making real-time adjustments to keep our workflow smooth. - Quality First: Inspecting finished pieces against engineering drawings to ensure every part is perfect before it leaves your station. - Total Care: Handling equipment maintenance and performing thorough color changes to keep our operations clean and efficient. - Collaboration: Working with the team...
