Job Description Summary: Provides first level technical support to internal end-users who need assistance with simple computer skills, software or hardware related service requests. Job Description: Provides first level remote support to internal end-users, answers live calls, self-service requests, and other inquiries. Diagnosis and captures end user inquiries, ensuring end user contact information is accurate and complete in IT Service Desk Software. Resolves simple hardware, software or network issues according to service level agreements and escalates to higher level technical support as necessary. Provides end-user desktop training as necessary.
