Senior Workplace Relations Specialist Part Time or Full Time considered | Flexible WFH options Kinetic is seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Relations Specialist to join the Workplace Relations team on a permanent basis. This is a hands on advisory and case management role supporting complex employee and industrial relations matters across a large, operational and unionised workforce. We offer flexibility on hours with both part time and full time arrangements considered, along with hybrid work from home options. About the role: - Provide expert employee and industrial relations advice to operational leaders and People teams - Manage complex and high risk ER and IR matters end to end - Lead responses to external claims including unfair dismissal and general protections matters - Prepare written submissions, evidence and correspondence for matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals - Support investigations into complex workplace issues to ensure fair and compliant outcomes - Contribute to enterprise agreement bargaining including drafting and industrial strategy input - Engage with unions and employee representatives to support effective consultation and disput...
