Job Description: Supports strategic initiatives in collaboration between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements. Assesses and interprets customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision.
