About Us Conversion is the AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies. The team is based in San Francisco and includes engineers, designers, and operators from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. About the Role: You'll own the operational backbone of Conversion. That means leading our recruiting engine from scratch, owning company finances, and execution on the legal and administrative side. You'll work directly with the founders and touch nearly every part of the business. This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
