Other duties may be assigned depending upon operational needs Primary Duties: - Understand and effectively utilize all employee safety programs to ensure proper procedures are followed. Act immediately upon unsafe conditions or behavior - Staging of required raw materials and packaging materials - Requires ability to follow a recipe to create a blend to be mixed - Requires ability to follow procedures to package product in various packaging types - Completion of in process production checks - Document, inspect and unload materials per written procedures - Prepare products for shipment, load trucks and complete required paperwork - Requires ability to operate a fork truck and floor scrubber - Maintain warehouse and production areas in a clean and orderly condition - Perform routine and non-routing cleaning inside and outside of the facility - Ability to accurately report data and maintain records - Mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills - Ability to work as part of a team and independently Secondary Duties: - Special projects as assigned by management.
