Leveling (pay) is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience. We are offering a $5000 sign on bonus for new hires. The bonus is paid out in $2500 following completion of 90 days and $2500 at completion of 180 days. *Rehires are not eligible for sign on bonus. This position is on a rotating schedule. The hours are 6:00pm – 6:00am. Role Overview: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
