Position : Bartender Hourly : $11.00/Hour, Plus Tips and shift/weekend differential, if applicable. Location : Resort. Reports to : Food & Beverage Supervisor Possible Gaming License Requirement: A gaming license is required in this role if the employee reaches a salary threshold of $50,000/year Responsibilities : - Attending all required training sessions and adhering to established rules, regulations, and policies. - Participate in the employee random drug testing program and work effectively with individuals of diverse personalities. - Wear the approved departmental uniform and report to work reliably and punctually. - Maintain compliance with workplace policies and procedures, including answering and processing all incoming calls professionally. - Monitor and maintain the quality, consistency, and portion controls for all dispensed drinks. - Process monetary transactions accurately, adhere to revenue handling policies, and verify cash drawer daily. - Stay informed of beverage specials, promotions, and prices, and fulfill guest requests promptly. - Ensure responsible alcohol service, checking identification and monitoring for signs of intoxication. - Engage guests in conversatio...
