Overview The Bath Authority - Regional Installation Manager As the Regional Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all installation-related items in the assigned region. The RIM will be responsible for recruiting and training installers in the region. The RIM will be responsible for managing all labor bills, approving services needed post install and 100% customer satisfaction. MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL WET AND DRY SPACE INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE. Responsibilities: - Day-to-day management of installations in multiple locations within a region, which requires daily/weekly travel.• Monitor labor and material costs in accordance with branch budgets.• Maintain installer capacity to support revenue goals.• Review installation schedules with customers.• Review operational concerns with Leadership. • Perform job measures as needed. • Handle all service and warranty issues as needed.• Communicate with Customer Experience on any installation or scheduling issues.• Perform job site visits to ensure installations are in accordance with company guidelines.• Support warehouse staff as needed with staging and material inventory. • Ensure all safety standards are reviewed and impl...
