Job Type Full-time SUMMARY: The Med Tech Manager is responsible for the administrative supervision of Med Techs and RSAs in a detox and residential addiction treatment setting. This role ensures that the Med Techs and RSAs provide safe and effective patient care and adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The Med Tech Manager also provides direct client care under the medical supervision of Registered Nurses and medical providers, supports the multidisciplinary treatment team, and collaborates closely with the Program Directors to ensure a cohesive and well-functioning medical team. Requirements: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide administrative supervision, support, and guidance to Med Techs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and regulatory requirements. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and coaching to Med Techs. - Oversee daily scheduling, coverage, and workload distribution for Med Techs to ensure adequate staffing at all facilities. - Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs for Med Techs and RSA’s - Provide direct nursing care, including medication administratio...
