About the Role: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be based at our Added Value site in Leicester , playing a critical role in maintaining and improving our automated production environment. You’ll respond to breakdowns, deliver preventative maintenance, and collaborate with teams across the site to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Working hours are on a rotating shift pattern (week 1: 6am-2pm and week 2: 2pm-10pm) Monday to Friday with 30 minutes off for lunch each day.
