Role: The Quality Control Technician is responsible for evaluating and assessing that HACCP and Quality Assurance Programs are properly maintained in compliance with regulatory guidelines though auditing/inspection, product quality control, data entry and reporting findings and data collected to verify compliance or to identify a need for corrective action.
