Set up, operate, and monitor heat press machines to apply transfers, vinyl, or other graphics to garments such as uniforms and other apparel. Perform VAS related function as business needs dictate including but not limited to garment prep, sewing, emblem application, embroidery, auditing, engraving, heat press application, garment cutting, or researching a product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. - Ability to operate various machines including sewing, embroidery, engraving and heat-press. - Ensure quality standards are achieved by thoroughly reading and executing a work instruction document (WID) to include correct product, size, quantity, color, service to be rendered and placement locations. - Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching, breaks in threat or machine malfunction. - Execute all job tasks consistently by followi...
