Description Location: Burlington, KY: Compensation: ~$130,000–$150,000 base salary, with potential for higher total compensation for the right candidate About Us: BME Inc. is a leading full-service commercial/mechanical contractor with deep expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and piping, operating in the Midwest since 1979. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, driven leader to take ownership of our construction division’s workflow and growth. The Division Manager will manage the full project lifecycle—from estimating through completion—for HVAC, electric, plumbing, controls, and piping projects. Typical project size ranges from approximately $20,000 to $300,000 (primarily replacement/retrofit work), with some projects reaching up to $1.5 million.
