As an LVN , responsible for implementation of the goals and objectives of the unit, nursing service and facility through coordinating resident care management and staff direction and by providing direct nursing care to residents. What you'll do: - Ensure that the individual health care plan is followed; administer or supervise treatments prescribed by physicians. - Maintain compliance with all Buckner policies, procedures and requirements.
