Job DetailsJob Location: Percy Village - Los Angeles, CA 90023Salary Range: $71,000.00 - $78,000.00 Salary/year Title of Position: Associate Residential Manager Location: Percy Village Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Union/ Non-Union: Non-Union Supervisor: Residential Manager SUMMARY OF POSITION: Monitors the safety and security of the Gateways Percy Village facility by conducting regular rounds and property searches. Monitors client behavior and reports all relevant information to the next shift. Ensures that the facility and grounds maintain compliance with our licensing and regulatory agencies, including Community Care Licensing and the AOA. Coordinates with Engineering for all maintenance and repair needs of the facility. Acts as a liaison with other departments, such as Engineering, Nutrition Services, IT, EVS, and others, to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of services. Assists staff with answering telephones, signing clients in and out of the facility, and assisting with client meals.
