Overview This position will supervise the Faith in Action initiatives within the Benedictine community. The Faith in Action - Program Manager will participate in program planning for community-based services with an emphasis in grant writing, reporting, and compliance. Additional responsibilities may include marketing Faith in Action, volunteer coordination, client and associate coordination, and coordination with other local health, mental health, and allied health partners. Responsibilities: - Manages the Faith in Action programs, including volunteer services for senior citizens, transportation, meal services, and caregiver support. - Partners with Marketing & Sales in promoting Faith in Action, its services through various activities, events, and effective use of all varieties of media. - Manages policies and programs to ensure compliance with the grant, applicable laws and regulations. - Collaborates with the Executive Director on the grant budgeting process.
