Moody Center Floor Technician - 10pm to 5am (approximately) Pay Rate: $17.50/h: BASIC FUNCTION: Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire Floor Technicians. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, and finishing all hard floors and corridors. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: The Floor Technician reports to the Shift Manager or Team Lead and receives work assignments and work supervision from the same. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: - Strip, scrub, mop, finish, and buff all areas as scheduled. - Inspect and clean all corners by hand that power cleaning equipment cannot reach. - Remove floor drain inspection plates, and clean by hand when necessary. - Inspect for finish build-up and correct. - Report to the Cleaning Supervisor, areas he/she feels require a different maintenance schedule. - Inform the Cleaning Supervisor of any leaks, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions immediately. - Maintain all equipment in good condition. - Vacuum, and clean carpet areas as scheduled. - Other duties as assigned.
