This role drives top-line growth, fosters strong client relationships, and ensures alignment with corporate objectives. The Market Director collaborates closely with business unit directors, technical department managers, and corporate functions including Business Development, Proposals, Finance, and Legal. Preferred locations are Northeast or Mid-Atlantic states; will consider other locations if needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership & Market Growth: Lead the strategic direction and expansion of the Rail and Transit Practice Area nationally and regionally.
