Community Support Specialist - NCAT Department: NCAT Day Treatment: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: House Springs Valley - Gravois Road Compensation: $25.54 / hour: Description: Help children and families build skills, strengthen resilience, and thrive through compassionate behavioral health support. The Community Support Specialist (CSS) – NCAT provides integrated behavioral health services to children and families participating in the Compass NCAT Day Treatment Program. This role supports youth both in the classroom and throughout the community by helping them develop skills, strengthen daily functioning, and work toward individualized wellness goals. The CSS partners closely with caregivers, schools, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide person-centered, strengths-based care that promotes long-term success and stability.
