Job Description Summary: The Talent Development Specialist – Learning Systems is responsible for owning and optimizing the end-to-end learning experience within Workday Learning, as well as supporting LinkedIn Learning as part of the broader learning ecosystem. This role partners closely with Talent Development, HRIS, and business stakeholders to ensure learning content is structured, governed, and delivered to support employee development and enable meaningful training insights.
